I asked Rod for a quote to install a curtain rail in my garage (tricky job) and he reminded me that he specialises in blinds, not curtains. Even so, he gave me the most helpful advice over the phone and I've just been to Bunnings to get what I need to do this myself. Rod is a really nice bloke. I saw the one-star review further down the list and can only think the reviewer wasn't being realistic. No offence to anyone. But, sometimes, these things need to be put into perspective.

I can not speak highly enough of Rod with his professionalism and his expertise. We had an incident with our dog ripping down our vertical blinds and I put the call in to Rod who promptly came and repaired the blinds. Later down the track we replaced our blinds throughout the whole house and Rod listened to exactly what I was after and we went through each option to ascertain what was best for us. Thank you Rod for making it such an easy process.
