I went into Riot Erina this morning, and although they didn't stock what I was looking for, the member of staff who helped me directed me to somewhere that would and she gave me some very useful advice which really helped me progress the project.I will definitely be making this store my first call for any future projects :)

We don’t usually do reviews but today, on Boxing Day, easily the most awful day imaginable on the retail shop assistant’s calendar, we were provided the most spectacularly good service that I feel compelled to write about it now that I’m home watching cricket and drinking beer and reflecting on the spectacularly good service that Amy provided. It wasn’t a straightforward sale, we took it next level by getting refunds, exchanges, discounts and using 2 cards, but rather than getting flustered and annoyed, Amy remained calm, professional and friendly which we were most impressed by. 5 ⭐️ stars!

Lovely staff, dissapointed there is not much stock. Hope it soon improves.

I wouldn’t even rate one star but I have to - Lynette Hayward is extremely rude, I have been completely put off buying from this store (which I frequently visit). Understand that the company has policies in place however when told that I could exchange an item without a receipt (providing the item was in its packaging and unused) you expect the company to follow through with what’s been told to the customer. Lynette tried to accuse me of opening the item’s box, which I hadn’t and was clearly still taped up. She refused to offer me an exchange - even though I was told by another staff member that it was ok. I will not be buying from this store again especially from the treatment I received in store today which was unacceptable.
