Easy to find. Has toilets & take away shop. Undercover area is perfect for the public when watching races. Walk, cycle or swim, it's fantastic for all.

It is a very beautiful place, especially in the morning and at sunset. unfortunately you can't swim. And it seems to me, that the entrance is by membership cards or something like that.

This park is our favorite in Penrith. If you live in Penrith, you should visit this place if you are looking to cycle or just want to walk in the park. Not many people are visiting this place which is great since it is not crowded

It is a good place to visit but not much things to do if you are not doing watersport. There was a place to hire jetpack on water. There are also large toilets and shower facilities. There were some groups having a picnic next to the water.

Built for the 2000 Sydney Olympics as the nerve centre for kayaking and rowing events, this picturesque landscape has so much on offer. Cyclists can ride the beautiful undulations whilst walking enthusiasts can traverse glorious tracks. On non-event days, have a go at kayaking to see what it's like to be in pursuit of a coveted gold medal! You might even hear the distant cheers brought in from the tide of a past wind. Beautiful way to spend the day with family and friends or hold a special event.

Located in the far far away land is this international regatta centre of Sydney. The facilities here are owwkayyy. Parking is very limited if you're after the grandstand otherwise be prepared to walk about 10 minutes to the huge car space. If you're here competing for sports like we do we do almost every six weeks the grandstand isn't enough to secure us from extreme cold (winter) and heat plus wind (summer) considering our event spans the entire day. Also, not much option for food not to mention that it's really far from the main transport hubs.

Great track and venue for triathlon. However I think there are some bugs in the water. I have had an ear infection for the past week and my friend has an eye infection from the swim leg of the tri. Probably best to wear earplugs in future!
