I sent my document to be translated on Wednesday and chose an express post option because they told me i will be able to receive it the next day. On friday 4pm they said they have posted my document. It’s monday today and when i track my document, the status is ‘expected to be delivered on Wednesday’. I called to complain to Rissa and turns out they forgot to post it last Friday and only posted it on Monday morning. They did not give me any solutions nor apologies. Utterly disappointed with their service.
