Recently, I purchased “Zodiac OT15 Robotic Pool Cleaner – Floor, Wall & Waterline – NEW in 2018/19 + 100 Micron Filter Canister” from Best Pool Supplies with a good deal(a free filter and the cheapest price). Actually I got an old MX6 which is using pool pump. I wasn’t happy with my old one’s performance, convenience and reliability. So I decide to buy new one. I’ve been very satisfied with my new toy since I used it. Because it has strong enough power, very easy to use and good reliability. I’m very happy with this one. Excellent service and value for money.I purchased a replacement housing and cell from Best Pool Supplies for my Zodiac LM3 chlorinator and they both arrived within a few days.I choose BPS as they have always been so efficient and competitive price wise with previous purchases, best prices I could find online shopping.Good communication by email for all my questions.Before and after pool shots ... so happy pool is almost back to normal.I certainly will return for more pool gear.

Found product (genuine replacement cell including housing) on their website easily. Price was more than $120 cheaper than my local pool shop. Really fast delivery and even got a confirmation email from their customer service post delivery. I'll definitely be ordering from them again

Bought a Speck 1.25 hp pool pump which arrived in only one day. Extremely good as I don't live in Brisbane. Unfortunately the pump was damaged out of box. Called Craig at Best Pool Supplies and he had a replacement pump out the door that day. It arrived in less than 12 hours -wow. He provided a reply paid for returning the damaged pump. I will certainly buy from them in future and recommend them.

I purchased a Zodiac DuoX4050 iQ robotic pool cleaner. The service we received at the store was fantastic. I am so impressed with the robot. The amount it picks up from the floor and sides of the pool is amazing. So easy to use and connect via the Aqualink App was great. Easy to use by myself if my husband is not available. Ordered a pentair rebel 2 few years back. I couldn’t find who I bought it from originally, they told me I bought it off them. They helped me with the warranty. The communication on phone and warranty process went smooth. They helped me submitted a warranty claim between with the supplier with my email CC’d which kept me updated on what’s happening on the logistic side so I could view any time I wanted.
