Shane is a great personal trainer. He has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training and exercise. No two training sessions are ever the same. There's always something new to learn. His focus on correct form and posture makes sure you get results without injury. I've learnt a lot from Shane and if you're serious about getting results, then he's the trainer to see!

I joined Ashayne fitness a few months ago and I’m so glad I did! Everyone is so welcoming and it is an environment you immediately feel comfortable in. Shane is very professional and has great knowledge in what he does.I love the classes they are different every day and Shane is there to push you further than you think you can go to help you achieve your goals.

I recently joined Ashayne fitness and its the best decision I made. Very friendly people who make you feel welcome right from the start. Shane has a lot of knowledge and supports you every step of the way. He makes session fun and engaging and mixes them up which is great for me as I get bored easily. Highly recommend to anyone!

I Attended Shane’s gym struggling with a very sore hip, I found Shane to be very helpful and extremely professional and knowledgeable. I really liked that he took a very gentle holistic approach to how we should work with my injury, nothing was forced, I liked that the stretch exercise he gave me I could do at home, as I knew I was heading for total hip replacement, with a waiting time of 12 months, it was very important for my post surgery to maintain good flexibility and muscle mass. At my age (72) these can be easily loss which cause a much slower recovery.I felt overall that the work I did with Shane has made a huge difference to my health journey.
