Fourside Food Design + Events

We thought looking for a venue for our wedding would be a long and tiresome process however as soon as we visited Luna Event Space and Katie from Fourside Food Design + Events we knew exactly where we wanted to stage our day. The attention to detail, the ease of communication prior to the event and the amazing venue contributed to our day. The staff on the wedding day were personable and went above and beyond for us. The food was incredible and the facilities were sensational. We would absolutely recommend to anyone that is looking for an event space and if needing to host another big event we will use Fourside Events again!

Honesty, some of the best food of our lives, I even dreamt of the food post tasting! Our whole wedding ended up being centred around our incredible Fourside feast. Everyone raved about the food at our wedding on 10/06/2023 at Chapel 1885 and we refused to be the bride and groom too busy to eat (we were not missing out haha!).Here's the shared menu we had for 50 people:- Hand held: Popcorn chix, cauliflower hummus tostada, lamb and pomegranate pie, scallop xo, leek potato pizzette and lobster and spanner crab crumpets.- Beginning: Wagyu and white zucchini, straccaitella.- Middle: Bannockburn chicken, confit leeks, peas, mustard vinaigrette and Romsey range pasture fed beef, gruyere gratin, salsa verde.- Sides: Iceberg and broccolini.- Cocktail: Espresso martinis.Our whole process with Fourside was incredible, including two tastings, email communication, customising packaging, editing seasoning and collaborating on alcohol. Everything was perfection and both our guests and us, loved every minute! A huge thank you to Katie and the Fourside team! Your passion, love of food and what you do shines so bright! Fourside events have been fantastic to work with, firstly for my wedding last month and recently on a large high profile corporate event. Katie and the team perfectly balance being friendly and also professional. On both occasions all guests left incredibly happy and had nothing but great feedback on both the food and the service. We will definitely be using Fourside events again.

Katie and the team were fantastic from the moment we enquired about having our wedding at Luna Event Space with Fourside Events, right through to our wedding day, and afterwards as well!Katie was super friendly to communicate with, and the team looked after us so well on the wedding day.The food was amazing!! If food is something that is important to you when selecting a wedding or event venue, you’re in good hands with Luna/Fourside Events! (We highly recommend you do a food tasting so you can get the whole experience when selecting your menu, and then you can get your guests hyped for all the delish food they’ll get to eat as you’ve tried it all already)On the wedding day, we could leave the details with the team as we had an on the day coordinator (Ryan) to make sure everything was looking good and ready to go, and the team were always checking in with us as the bride and groom to make sure we had food and drink so we got to enjoy everything and didn’t feel too busy to go to the bar and get a drink etc. as they would bring it to us.Would 100% recommend Luna Event Space/Fourside Events!

We had our wedding at 40rd with Fourside Events last year. The venue was an amazing space that we could have decorated to really reflect any possible style. We kept things on the more minimal side, but with the attention to detail of the staff who set it up and all the wonderful provided foliage, the space really came alive; it was really stylish yet comfortable, and warm and lively to walk into after an already big day of the ceremony and photographs.The staff - particularly Katie - were fantastic to work with. From the first meeting we both felt at ease and knew we were in good hands - Katie was so helpful and accommodating, answering questions, giving suggestions for furniture hire, recommendations on food and just making things as easy as possible for us. She was also there on the night helping to coordinate and being an attentive host; she also did a lot of work setting up our supplied decorations beforehand with her team. You can tell the staff here really take pride in their business and care about their customers, making it a great night for you.The food and service on the night were really excellent and we had so many compliments from guests. The tasting beforehand helped with making this possible; we had each dish talked through with us and had enough time to enjoy the food and make a decision we knew we'd be happy with. They were also really flexible if we wanted to change anything and also catered to our friends and family with various food restrictions which was important to us.Overall a fun and stylish event space with great food, stress free planning with outstanding service!

Katie and her team were incredible to work with. All through lockdown Katie was reassuring, kind and prompt with correspondence and changing to meet COVID-safe rules. The wedding day (05/02/2021) was absolutely wonderful. Delicious food and incredible smiley service from all. We had a vegan menu and the canapes were delicious (Thanks Justin)!!! Many guests commented on these. Katie also found a mistake the morning of the wedding where I had quoted the wrong number of guests! This was quickly rectified and I am so thankful for Katie's attention to detail here and the team's flexibility. From setting up the tables for us, to making sure all the guests were happy, to the wait staff kept finding me to make sure I was eating and drinking - they did everything. They went above and beyond for us and I am so very glad we picked Fourside for our wedding. Don't hesitate in picking them for any event! Honestly.

Katie and the Fourside team were a dream to work with from the start and made everything so easy and seamless. Everyone raved about how amazing the food, drinks and service were. I highly recommend Fourside. Fourside provided catering for our wedding reception recently. The menu selection was extensive and the food was delicious. We loved the canapes during cocktail hour and the shared main courses. Additionally, Katie and the service staff were a joy to work with.Thank you again Katie and team :)

Foursome events recently catered our wedding and we can’t recommend them enough. The food was incredible and they were so professional from start to finish. They did a great job at setting the room and creating a beautiful venue. Would definitely recommend them for a wedding or other event you need catering for.
