The blonde female waitress with tattoos was extremely rude. She walked around like Connor McGregor entering the ring all night and was very abrupt to me and my partner. Everyone else was trying very hard. But unfortunately she ruined the whole experience

Just outside of Tamworth. Shearers quarters are comfortable even when temp is -1. Staff are caring and welcoming and the Restaurant has a lovely view and there is a nice paved walk to get there.

The most disappointing and overpriced meal we have ever had!!The location and setting was beautiful, and the waitresses very friendly, but were understaffed.The meal was honestly the most disappointing we have ever had anywhere and certainly not worth the $$$$’s spent!!We have been here many times in the past and the menu and food has drastically deteriorated both in quality and quantity. The location remains stunning and the waitresses are trying their very best, but the kitchen and chef needs an overhaul!!We won’t be going back until things improve!!!!

We stopped in to actually to see if we could book dinner for later that night (we ultimately couldn't as it was a Sunday), and while we were there we thought lets see if we can just get a coffee". Host said yes

If you visit Glass House at night, it is a bit of a challenge to find it. The signage on the HW could be improved. We were disappointed with the decor, although modern, it is a bit cold and more of a brasserie type restaurant with a limited menu choice. The food is good, well presented and served by friendly staff. The tables are very bare, no paper tablecloth or table sets, no candles, and no flower decoration. Anyone of those would have been welcomed. Briefly disappointing for a top restaurant that is promoted as such.

Lovely view and great service from the staff. We ordered the Pork Collar entree, the Angus Shortrib, the Lamb Backstrap and for desert the Chocolate & Malt. The food was exceptional in both presentation and taste. One star subtracted due to the small portion sizes. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and atmosphere but we left hungry.

Beautifully cooked and presented food..the vegetable sides were amazing.Prompt and courteous service especially from Shirley, who looked after us so well.Staff were so accommodating.The menu excellent.Wine list spot on.Surroundings perfect.5 stars.

The location for the station is a bit remote. But worth a drive. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and friendly. We had a generous serving of the pork hock terrine. Very nice. We also had the lamb back straps and the king fish. Both were cooked to perfection. The wine prices were quite reasonable and I recommend the “. Stockmans Larger “ on tap. Over all a great dining experience. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
