There is a catch why it’s cheap. When item it’s lost, hard to claim charging $100 for insurance claim even though you pay extra to insure. Will charge $90 extra for pick up on your residential area direct debit from your account , so at the end you will pay hips more than other courier. Please consider booking through this courier. When your parcel is lost, they don’t follow up your parcel. And take ages to find and claim it. Not good at all. You need to check your direct debit bills from them and you will find out so may extra charges they take off your account

Booked a parcel delivery on 7 May 2023. Courier was supposed to pick up between 12-5 PM on 8 May 2023 but failed to show up. Called Transdirect hotline and it was rescheduled to be picked up on 9 May 2023. Again, courier failed to show up despite my repeated calls to Transdirect before 5 PM asking assurances about the pick up (called on 12:32 PM, 03:05 PM and 04:30 PM). The first 2 calls on the day, they told me to just wait because it was not 5 PM yet. On the last call, the lady said they would send a reminder to the courier. She also said they couldn't call the courier directly because there would be too many calls to handle for the courier. I said that maybe true but they already failed to show up yesterday and on the verge of failing another day, thus a direct call is warranted. Anyhow, Transdirect didn't care to call as far as I know. So, I wasted 13 hours waiting for the courier to show up and still nothing. I can get the delivery fee back without any problem but who is going to reimburse my 13 hour waiting time? Extremely disappointed with Transdirect. My invoice number is 20912385. I will check with Fair Trading about this issue. Shame on you Transdirect!

Transdirect system is great and pricing comparison is very helpful. Booking is easy and overall their service is worthwhile. However, I had issues with my selected contractor Couriers Please who failed to pickup on the agreed day. Transdirect were helpful in following this up and items were picked up one day late.

Courier booked through Transdirect refused to pick up a job due to not being packaged in new boxes and of suspicion it contained car parts. There was no advisory at booking that the boxes had to be new. The boxes did not contain car parts, and even if they did, the website states this is fine if they are drained of fluids. I was charged a futility charge for this - despite being told that I would not be by Transdirect! When asked to investigate, they simply stopped responding halfway through.Secondly, I purchased the additional warranty for loss or damage. The contents were damaged in transit. It was a very solid metal object with a lot of padding, indicating a drop from a significant height. They denied my insurance claim to simply repair (not replace) because it was two business days late (due to their warranty page not allowing me to log it initially due to mandatory fields that are not applicable for a used hand item), claiming it was not made within seven days, despite NOT warning of this during the booking process. This seven day requirement is buried in their terms of service on another page.On a previous occasion they would not pickup a package for close to two weeks claiming it was a busy period.They have left me out of pocket due to damages and fees. Absolutely shameful.

Had a package from Melbourne which was actually delivered promptly and received a call from the driver to ask if I was home or not. I was out, so had to reschedule for the following day. And they came when they said they would. Also, after easter had to return the package back it's sender and they came exactly at what time they said. Thanks for a very professional and friendly service.

Great experience. Totally have no idea how can I send a parcel via air from Melbourne to Sydney and ensure the receiver can receive it the following day. I have called their service line number and the reception was very helpful enough to walk me through the process and different options. Going to their website and heading to the quote. It scans all different courier they partner with and shows all the prices as well. And the price for overnight service is very fair. So I didn't end up going to use airfreight option. Will totally use this next time again. And would definitely recommend.

transdirect charged my credit card $1662 for under declared freight and they claimed that the package in the photo is 192.00 x 130.00 x 146.00 cm @ 97.00 kg which equals 912 kg of Charged Weight.rip off, scammers. be careful please. By far the best and most reliable courier services! Highly recommend! I received a quote elsewhere for $190 and got it done via transdirect for $42! I received notifications and was informed every step of the way. Will definitely be using again.
