We visited on the Thursday night before Good Friday. They were very busy however there were staff everywhere to help you. Almost one in every aisle, they offered to help and even gave suggestions when unsure of what to purchase. The customer service in this store was fantastic and can’t be faulted.

Went in to find something for the wife and ended up with some wine.Friendly helpful staff, greeted by at least 4 floor staff all asking if I needed help.Great range of drinks to choose from and plenty of top end spirits….will be back!

Spent 15 minutes waiting around as staff tried to locate some stock. I was sent here from another store being told they had stock. The other store failed to ring ahead as they were meant to, but the Holland Park store ran around to try and help. Despite having a stock error in the end and not being able to get what I was after, I was still happy with the service I got here as the staff i dealt with were genuinely trying to help. They called around to another store until they found what I was after, good customer service.

Plenty of parking, can get busy but usually easily accessible. Helpful staff and efficient checkouts even when busy. Store is straight forward and easy to navigate.Dan Murphy's isn't always the cheapest option... quick search for your item online can reveal other liquor stores with better prices. Show the staff you've found it cheaper and reap the small reward.
