I don't want to jinx it as I've just picked up my laptop from Laptop Kings and maybe there's something I haven't discovered yet (!) but my experience with the company thus far has been absolutely first-rate. Courteous and straightforward, incredibly prompt and everything that was promised was delivered in just a couple of days. Highly recommended.

Laptop Kings helped me when my laptop’s keyboard broke and I needed it repaired quickly for work. When the South Melbourne office couldn’t assist because of the holiday period, Brian put me right onto Ian at the Carnegie office. Both were very helpful and nice, and my laptop was repaired in a matter of days. I know where I need to go next time I’m experiencing laptop problems!

I have been putting up with a cracked screen for months and a friend recommended this service. A wonderful efficient young man replaced my screen and added a protection screen. Very professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend

Went down to get a Windows 10 fresh installation done onto a usb for a boot drive, said he would do it for free and would have done within the hour, I dropped this in at 4:10 and he willingly chose to stay back after his close time to ensure my usb would be done. Impeccable effort into making sure his customer needs are met.

My Lenovo laptop was overheating badly so took it in to Laptop Kings on Koornang Road. I was instantly emailed a job number and 2 work days later another email saying my it was ready to pick up. Had a full review of the problem when I picked it up (needed cleaning) together with some photos of what was found when the cover was off. Very happy with the speed of service and the quality of the advice I received. Hoping I don’t have another problem, but if I do I won’t hesitate returning.
