First impression- in need of a thorough clean of ALL SURFACES inside and the outdoor entrance area and all windowsIn the restaurant seating area - dusty cobwebs on all light fittings, floor in need of sweeping ( chips and bits of chicken everywhere) it looks like the floor hasn't been properly mopped in a long time, in desperate need of a steam clean.Staff were chatting amongst themselves but were quick to offer service and then straight back to their conversation. No care for the state of dirtiness of the place.It was mid afternoon not at all busy, plenty of staff there - yet no one out even wiping down tables or sweeping the floor.If you have time to lean then you have time to clean

Ordered in drive through tonight two straight menu meals , paid drive through ready to enjoy the meal but very dissatisfied with what we found 3 piece meal had 2 tiny drumsticks and a rib section , cold chips but hot potato and gravy , second meal no potato just gravy , no serviettes or spoons and the zinger came without spice . Did not enjoy the meal and probably will not go there again very disappointed.

We reached this place around 9.30pm and found most of the items were unavailable. Anyways they confirmed they could give 3 zinger burger meals. We were provided the same and while we were dining in, they informed they are about to close and they just switched off the lights, which was very rude. We then had to put all opened stuff back in the pack and have it in our car.

Absolutely terrible service tonight. Understandably they were busy, but that's no excuse for taking 25+ minutes and not double checking the orders as they go out.

If I could give Zero Stars I would. Ordered through Menulog. An hour later I get a coutesy call from menulog to tell me that they have cancelled the order because they don't have time to make it! What on earth is this. If I had of ordered at the counter would I have been turned away for a Family pack meal? It has to be the most stupid thing I have ever heard from a large takeaway place like this. Never to order from here again. I can't describe the disappointment in this place.

Ordered an original bacon and cheese box and an extra 3 wicked wings (which were tiny).... Didn't get my original recipe chicken that is supposed to come with the box. The burger was dismal, looked terrible and had the smallest bit of chicken in it. Also got a bread tag for whatever reason.

Pretty busy KFC just on the side of the Princess freeway it has maccas right next to it and a Skate park behind it if you have the kids on a holiday.

crispy chicken? yeah right.. not at this outlet. every time i bought it here, it was a soggy mess. i thought maybe kfc changed their recipe or something - but have been to kfc in bacchuss marsh a week ago and chicken is still delicious AND crispy.so basically - just lazy staff, not following the recipe - either letting crumbed chicken sit there, before frying, or using old oil or not letting it drain or something. i don't know, but it should be illegal
