Went in for some chainsaw advice and a duff chain. I couldn't get back for a month so they sharpened it on the spot for no extra charge.Very grateful and impressed. Thank you!

Poor customer service from management, Care factor Zero!My Bike was off road and needed a battery. Battery took a week to come in.Was notified late in afternoon of battery arrival.Tried to get there before closing but, running late due to heavier than normal traffic.I rang ahead to let graham know that I would be literally a couple of minutes after closing, I was told no one would be here.I still went there and 5 guys in the back workshop with graham apparently in the shop.When I spoke to Carl about picking up the battery he said he could have got it for me but wasn’t going to given that I bought the problem to his attention (apparently that’s being a Pork Chop).I told Carl I would not be back for a second battery I needed.Care factor Zero!So next time it’s Watson’s or elsewhereDon’t waste your time here.

Carl and his team have been the most helpful I have ever experienced. I bought a H2 Z from them (go big or go home) and this bike is hard to upgrade and find information on. Carl has given me everything and more.I live 5 hours away from his shop but I don't think I can trust anyone else with my bike.

I purchased a new Masport mower from here and was blown away by the good old fashioned quality service I received. Everyone I dealt with was so lovely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Prices were excellent and the mower even came with a full tank and ready to go. You can really tell they care about their customers and business.
