I have been a regular at V&M for years. Lovely ladies that always look after me and give my hair TLC like no other salon. Whether it is keratin, cut and colour or a quick blow dry, cannot recommend Victoria, Anne and the rest of the amazing employees enough.

I have spoken to and have had great experiences with Mary, Maddie, Zara and Victoria. Everyone is very lovely and welcoming. Since I have started with Mary, I have had Keratin, and a beautiful colour and cut. Would definitely come again.

Have been going here for many years, girls are all very welcoming, personable, neat and professional and always do a very good job. Victoria runs a very good salon and I find prices very reasonable.

The best hairdressing salon in Sydney, by far! A hidden gem, with stylists who are not afraid to make bold, fashion-forward statements with their clients. Recently went pastel, with an edgy cut to match. The colour and style makes me smile, makes everybody in the street that sees it happy and I'm finally able to express who I am in a confident and sophisticated way. I love my hair Maddie and Victoria! <3 <3

This is probably the worst place you can get haircut for your child.I spent $35 on my pre-school age daughter's hair with worst haircut + service. I wouldn't recommend even if the service was free.We had an walk-in service. I showed her my daughter's hair and explained she was special need child so she needs to be treated differently. It is hard to wash her hair, so I wanted her hair to be in short and easily maintainable state.I showed the type of haircut I wanted (a layered bob), and the lady said, it's old fashion/old design and it won't work on her hair. So I told her to do her best.Her service was .. ( I don't have word for it..). from her attitude, it was apparent she never cut a child's hair before. which is funny because they are located in a place with 2 schools nearby.She barely touched my daughter's hair, kept complaining that she moves, and it's hard for her to cut it evenly. My daughter has curly, oily hair, and she doesn't like it being washed (hence my need to cut it short and make it manageable).She didn't prep her hair with spray, neither combed neatly before starting to cut. Each layer she cut, she left a tiny uneven bit with her snips - which left her hair layer so crooked!! Then she brought razor to try to cut her edge and freaked out my daughter - she couldn't even bother to ask if it was ok to do it.At the end I was so disappointed I couldn't even comment! Then she just left my daughter on the chair to talk to someone outside, without cleaning her hair from her body!! .. then after I asked to clean her, she came back with blow dryer .. again freaked out my daughter.If you don't want to cut, just say so - it is a service, not a self checkout aisle.WORST HAIRCUT EXPERIENCE EVER!!

Mary! That's all I gotta say. The most genuine woman who has an amazing passion for hairdressing. Request her, you won't regret it :-)

I have been using this hairdressers for many many years. I walk out the door so happy every time I go there. There experience, professionalism and skills are fantastic. I love it that I can walk in there and after a quick explanation they know exactly what I like/want/need and then walk out of there feeling like a new woman. They are also very reasonable in pricing as I went elsewhere whilst on holidays and it cost me nearly double, could not wait to get back home to visit the girls next time. Well recommended for all their services
