Gianni was punctual, well mannered and did good job. But I would strongly advice to get an accurate price rather than estimate before the work is started to avoid unpleasant surprises at the end.

Gianni was extremely easy to contact and very responsive. He booked our job in quickly and turned up on time. He was helpful with advice on cleaning carpet stains and did his best with the very bad stain we had on our carpet (hardly noticeable now). He was quick, very professional and got the job done with minimal disturbance. Happy to recommend!
