Lamont's Winery
On a very warm day we went for one of Lamont's musical lunches. Great food and attentive staff who attended to me when I overheated a bit. Venue was excellent and the tempura whiting was awesome as was the beautiful local white we had to accompany. Overall an excellent outing.

I've never been here before. I arrived around 3pm but the restaurant was still crowded. Food came quickly, didn't have to wait very long. The amount of food is just right and delicious. The food I ordered should be this month's menu. I think the menu will change every month. I like fish and chips. A thin batter for fish similar to the batter used to fry Japanese tempura vegetables. Nice atmosphere but not very good. If you finish hiking at Bells Rapid, you should definitely drop by here.

Visited on Saturday 20th MayWe were seated outdoors in a nice sunny, warm weather but also partially in the shadeDrinks: Glass each of Riesling and Black Monster (100% Malbec, as I was told)Food: Chips, Grilled Chorizo and Chicken ThighChips were crunchy and golden brownChorizo was nice and juicy and full of flavour to complement the HalloumiThe chicken thigh was deboned and very flavoursome. The braised eggplant and chopped capsicums go hand in hand with the chicken, brings out the flavour

Food here was delicious. Highly recommend. Came during a time which coincided with a tour as us so was not able to do wine tasting.We ordered a few bottles with our food and no disappointment there. Menu also comes with a suggested wine pairing with the dishes. Yum.Desserts were good too. Cakes were extremely moist.

Food, sparkling, wines were absolutely delicious, great setting and very relaxing !!! Gemma our waitress was absolutely gorgeous very efficient and went above and beyond! Wine tasting service guy was very vulgar, his manner was very rude and his colourful language was very inappropriate...........

Place was nice and spacious. Indoor and outdoor sitting options. Had a brunch after a hike. Could not do a wine tasting at the time of visit. Food was pretty average, but expensive. Just fish(no chips) was $36. Average service.
