A staff member Charlie who works at your store was nothing but rude and arrogant and hung up on me. When I spoke to the team leader about I was told he is a nice polite person. Next time I rang to order parts and he heard where I'm from he went onto my business and left a negative review. Since then I've ceased all sales with repco and I'm currently opening a law suit against repco. I think you need to train your staff better and not have rude people answering phones that leave negative reviews on businesses they have never been to.

Wanted to buy the blue mechpro tool box top. Brand new, first one to unlock it.Then lid turned crooked.I asked if the 12 month Warranty would cover that... Nope said the gentlemen as it's still functional.Hmm..Well not to me if it stops locking and my tools get stolen!Gentleman reckons I should buy elsewhere.Its currently on special for $419 city wide

What a great service. Honestly it has been a very long time since I have seen good service in Australia. Kate helped me this morning with my 4 X 4 battery. Kate went out of her way to ensure my satisfaction. Very knowledgeable also.

Waited for an unnecessary length of time in front of the counter until my presence was eventually acknowledged. Asked for a product & simply told to go to the car cleaning section. No offer of help in any way. I eventually found what I needed, but like everything else in that franchise, it was overpriced. So I left and drove 40 minutes out of my & went to one of their competitors who actually had an interest in their job and couldn’t do enough to help me.

Really happy with my service from the girl with the undercut, I think her name is Annie. Such a sweet girl and very knowledgeable. However, the girl with the tattoos up her arms needs a few more lessons in customer service and shouldn’t be so mean to the other staff members.
