This is such a great gym, one of the best ones that I've been a member of! It is amazing value with flexible membership T&Cs. They have a great selection of machines and equipment and I love the sauna. The staff and members are friendly and even though its a 24hr gym, the staff hours are great. I haven't tried a class yet but they do look good and there is a good variety of HIIT, Mind & Body etc

Staff are always super friendly, loads of equipment so you'll rarely have to wait for a machine or weights. 24 hour access means you can always get your workout in regardless of the time of day.

Well laid out to accommodate all types of clients. Almost every body part exercise is catered for, with either free weights, machine ops &/or floor classes, by some of the industries best coaches. Friendly and helpful staff with access to a personal trainer, at your cost, of course. There is a free creche for your little ones, book ahead though.All this at the best rates anywhere in Aus.You can purchase healthy meals pre or post workout drinks etc. if required.

Great gym for both entry level gym goers, and gym junkies, plenty of equipment and facility's available so you never have too long to wait (if at all) to go on any equipment.

I normally go to the st marys branch, but I come to the emu plains one on occasion too. awesome equipment! i was hesitant to join revolutions for a long time as I heard a lot of members were judgy, but I have never found this to be the case. everyone is just there to focus on themselves and its a great vibe
