The worst experience I’ve ever had! Rude and aggressive owner with grey hair! Don’t trust this people you will regret it!

We recently purchased our wedding bands from the team at Jacobsons and we couldn’t fault them. They were friendly, patient and never pushy. They appreciated it was a big decision and gave us plenty of time to try different styles and return on several occasions. They also helped to make some modifications to my engagement ring so that it now compliments my wedding band perfectly. They were extremely efficient and always clear in their communication with us. We have had so many compliments on our wedding rings, we love them! The only downside is that they’re so beautiful it’s very distracting!! Our deepest thanks to the Jacobsons’ team!

Wow! Went to buy some charms and the website states the store opens at 9:30. At 9:40 the store was still not open so I knocked on the roller door as there were 2 employees inside. The guy inside shouted at me to come back in 15 minutes. Um no thanks! If you’re going to be that rude I won’t be coming back!

I had a ring designed here for my 30th and the staff were very helpful with helping me with the design. I was able to use some old jewellery to make the new design which was lovely. The end product is beautiful and was finished really quickly. Thank you for my stunning ring

I originally spoke to Gabrielle to have some jewellery evaluated for our insurance (a ring and broach that had been sitting in our safe for years and in the family for generations), and to have a pearl ring repaired. The replacement pearl for the ring was perfect, so I asked about using the diamonds in the broach to make a ring from them for my wife's birthday (as the broach was beautiful, but very dated - but has incredible sentimental value). My wife spoke to Gabrielle about some ideas she had and Gabrielle interpreted those ideas perfectly (we think the finished ring looks far better than the images we used to describe the type of ring she was after). Gabrielle also managed to complete the ring in time for her birthday on short notice - which was very much appreciated. The new ring has become a modern heirloom in our family (my daughter already has her eyes on it!). We have some ideas for matching earrings for some stage in the future - so will definitely be back to speak to Gabrielle (and his very helpful team) to get those made. I would definitely recommend Gabrielle - we will be lifetime customers based on our experience.

Great jeweller! I asked for a quote to have my watch repaired and they sent it off to their watch specialist free of charge. When the watch specialist went ahead and fixed it without my approval they agreed to cover the cost free of charge. Great customer service!

I have been a customer of Gabriel’s for over 20 years. He is very trust worthy and always goes above and beyond. His team Julia, Emily and Frank provide the best service and I always leave happy. I highly recommend Jacobsons Jewellery.

I have been both buying and designing my jewellery with Gabby for over 22 years and with every piece of jewellery he makes it is done with both expertise and passion. I would not go anywhere else for a special piece of jewellery than Jacobsons!

If it was possible to give Zero star I would have!I had a very bad experience in this shopI brought two necklaces to be fixed by my fiancée and they destroyed them without give me an explanation and also they didnt give me the invoice! I paid ninety dollar ! So they asked me to come back the day after for give me the refund then when we went back and we ask an explanation they attacked me and my fiancée very rudely raising their voices insulting us and the old man start to call my fiancée with awful names, he threatened to punch her but fortunately there were more people that stopped him. We asked for the invoice and the old man didn't want to give us because I paid in cash! After we aske many many times finally the girl gave us the invoice and not the refound.Please don't go to a shop like this without respect rude and aggressive Owen and staff and unprofessional!
