Airconditioning Warehouse Sales

Disappointed, the stuff is very friendly but... something went wrong, I bought an air conditioning Unit TECO that doesn't allow settings of temperature.In other words, I bought a Unit crippled of technology. I think the stuff should have told me that this Unit doesn't adjust the temperatures I want.In other words, a 4 months old new Unit ready to the rubbish bin.We are leaving in a wild dishonest consuming society. It's not their fault but I think they should have told me.Or maybe not...I have sent an email to Dandenong shop today14/January 3.52 pm in regards of the Unit TECO with 20 years old technology of the reason I was conned by the Manufacturer and the shop didn't advise me of the Unit TECO that the fan never, never stops in Cool Mode.

The Sales man was nice and informative, Installers did not show or called , after a complaint I was promised some one will contact me ASAP. No one did. wasted my time .After posting I received a call to apologise about the issue but than I see the response and I am even more concerned, the owner did organise the installer to contact us , twice . There was no boards or anything like that .If it was just left at an apology I would have removed the one star review.

I was recommended this unit by AWS Dandenong. I went in to purchase a 5kw and was talked up to this 7.1kw. It’s huge and covers the whole house. We have it set on the lowest fan setting and temp around 20 degrees.I cannot get over how it cools the entire house, amazing recommendation.Quiet and super efficient on power, just puffs away.This is one of the best units I have ever had fitted.We no longer use gas ducted heating in winter, instead we use this as our soul source of heating. Goodbye $450 gas bills.Don’t get me wrong, It does chew through the power bill in winter, but far better than a gas bill and then an electricity bill.Absolutely magnificent service.

I purchased a Braemar ducted system a two years ago. Yesterday (Saturday morning) the controller stopped working which meant we had no heating - it was cold. I was looking for the receipt to contact Braemar as the unit was still under warranty, unfortunately, all I could find was the delivery docket and so I phoned the company I purchased the unit from (Airconditioning Warehouse - Dandeong) and asked if they could email me a copy of my invoice as I needed it for the warranty claim. To my surprise, I was told to bring in the faulty handset controller and they would swap it over - I did so and was given not only a new unit for my DHU but also another simpler one I could install if I wanted too - all at no charge to get us through the weekend. The salesperson (Chad) remembered my purchase and was just as helpful now as he was when I first purchased the unit.I returned home delighted that it had been so easy and that they would help me process the warranty with Braemar (even though they don't sell Braemar units anymore). I connected up the new unit and discovered that it was still not working. A crawl under the house soon revealed that the wire had been severed. Rats! I'll return the new handset back on Monday comfortable in the knowledge that I've purchased from a team that not only looks after its customers with price and service at the time of sale but also is prepared to do what its necessary to ensure that the goods they supply do what they are designed to do.Now that I'm in the market for some split systems - I'll look no further than Chad and his team Airconditioning Warehouse in Dandenong - You should too - because I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that if your ever in a bind they'll do whatever they can to help (so you dont freeze your butt off)Thanks Chad & team from Airconditioning Warehouse

Found just what we were looking for. Great range, good prices, friendly staff.

Worst customer service. No return policy, no display unit. Worth spending few more dollars in a reliable store. Brochure? I wasn’t even looked after properly. The guy showed a unit on his computer screen. He was not even bothered about me because I went there to buy a small unit I guess.

amazing customer service, very quick and easy, I think the guy that served us name was Chris and he was lovely. 110% recommend going to dandenong :)
