Summer nails studio

I am taking a day off from work, as I have a friend's wedding tomorrow. I thought - l should spoil myself a bit today. I chose this place as it had fifteen 5-star reviews. I thought: what can go wrong? In my opinion, it is NOT a 5-star place. I paid 75 dollars, and I feel ripped off. The coat was uneven; my fingers were glued to my skin until I asked to fix it. The finishes are sloppy. I plan to redo them last minute. I am genuinely disappointed. The staff was friendly and said they could fix it"

Best place I have ever gotten my nails done!!!! The staff are super friendly and cool, they always want to talk to their customers.

This beauty shop does an amazing job regarding your nails. The designs are spectacular and could be customised by the customer. Their friendly staff make you feel welcome and comfortable while doing your nails. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their job is high. Strongly recommended.

I've never been so disappointed in a nail salon, the level of disrespect and careless attitude towards new clients is horrible. $80 for a full set of nails that didn't even last me one week and a half (normally last 4 weeks when I go somewhere else ) , the husband just chucked on the acrylic nails didn't even measure them to my nail bed properly , I asked for almond shape he just shaped how ever he wanted and didn't even show me one nail before continuing with the shaping. The owner and her husband were persuading me to get the colour powder instead of the normal white acrylic powder underneath I asked 4 times what's the difference between the two they kept ignoring me until a polite lady sitting next to me mentioned it's $15 extra. Absolutely appalling service when I messaged to let them know about my experience and how nails were falling off after not even one week and a half I received a just come and we fix if you want" No apology what so ever. I could kick myself for not reading the reviews before going there. These people don't care about you unless you've been visiting their salon for years so don't come here unless you'd like to be ripped off and robbed in day light x"

Took my aunt to Australian Nails + Spa for a spa pedicure and manicure, and was delighted by the nail technician's service. Pedicure spa/sink was lined with a blue plastic cover which is really nice to see for hygiene reasons, and the nail tech was friendly as well as skilled. Will definitely be back!

Poor hygiene - drill bits, nail fillers, overall store floor filled with dust from previous customers. Unsure if the tools used on me were used on another customers foot. Staff impatient, they don’t care and rush through the job. Nails are ruined as they filled it down very deep. Nail can be easily bent and I fear for possible infection. Never coming back ever again, don’t know how they have such a high star rating.

Great work but pricier than the other nearby nail places (these acrylics were $80). They were done really well, I'm happy with the results

Service had been great and smooth until the apprentice who was doing my nails cut my skin while trimming my cuticles which led to a small wound. I asked her to be more gentle which she did which was a good thing. I then told her boss about the cut but got told that it was a NORMAL OCCUPATIONAL ACCIDENT THAT HAPPENS TO EVERYONE AND IT’S NO BIG DEAL! I’m happy with the looks of my manicure and pedicure but would never revisit and recommend to anyone due to the risk of infection caused by the carelessness of the junior and senior staff.
