Ordered a delivery and 2 out of 3 pizzas delivered were wrong. Called the shop and they said they were sorry, they would deliver the correct 3 pizzas and a free garlic bread in exchange for the 3 incorrect pizzas. Half hour later they deliver 3 pizzas and no garlic bread, taking back the other pizzas. This time, 1 out of 3 pizzas was still incorrect. So called the shop again and spoke to Jackson who gave nothing but attitude, and said by company policy they would not be delivering a 3rd time but if i brought them I to the shop myself he would remake them again and give me cash back for my delivery fee which sounded dodgy considering I had paid by credit card to begin with. After being refused a replacement, and refused a refund I ask him to forward my details to the franchise owner to rectify to which he agreed. No call. I called 2 days later and spoke to Martin Potts Manager" who again said he would pass details on and it has now been a week and no phone call. Either nobody passed my details on

Normally really, really good but the last time I ordered by delivery it took too long and all my pizzas were cold. Not something I wanted to experience on my night off from work. Very disappointing.

Very poor customer service.. Most of the time you won’t get what you order. If you don’t want to lose money better check your pizza before leaving the store . Otherwise you may need to waste your time and petrol to call them and pick up the right pizza.Never go for the option for store credit , the staff doesn’t have any courtesy to keep their promise.They don’t care their customers at all.

This is my second review in 6 months and nothing has changed. My wife ordered a vegetarian pizza and after opening a pizza at home she found a bacon piece. Never going to buy pizza from this shop. Please avoid this shop and order the pizza from either from Albany or Aspley dominos.

First and foremost, the staff at dominos carseldine were incredibly friendly. They greeted me with warm smiles, took the time to answer my questions about the menu, and offered helpful recommendations. Their knowledge and enthusiasm added to the overall enjoyment of my visit.I was also impressed by the efficiency of the service. Despite a busy evening, my order was taken promptly, and I didn't have to wait long for my pizza to arrive. The delivery was right on time, and the delivery person was courteous and professional.Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the pizza service I received. Team member wearing burger joint shirt. Promo ended 6 months ago. Staff standing around doing nothing at 7pm. No hair nets and pants not OER approved. Slow and unprofessional service. Disappointed. Will definitely be going to another store…

Worst pizza I have ever had. Was completely burnt and disgusting. Only gave us one garlic bread when we ordered 2 because they forgot to cook a second one. Ordered bbq wings got plain wings. Order loaded pepperoni with double pineapple. Didn't get that at all. Offered to send photos. Had to drive the pizza back to the store. Paid $112 to get nothing

Ordered a 2 take away pizzas and a garlic bread as a “quick” meal tonight, went and did some shopping then went back to collect, was advised by 1 of the at least 6 staff members working that it was just coming… They had trouble with the oven and a whole batch was burnt (not a problem if they communicated with the many customers waiting for their orders, we all understand…), however this took near on an hour to correct and no word from staff, disappointed that the Manager did not step in and communicate with the customers who were all waiting without complaining. Then they gave our garlic bread to another customer and we had to wait again for this too cook!! Very poor communication and customer service. This is not what locals expect or deserve. Please train your staff in GOOD customer service, this is not acceptable. We will not be returning.

Third time in a row getting our order messed up. Thought we would give them a final chance, using a free offer we got from the last stuff up (where the pizzas were wrong and the drink was missing). Once again, pizza was wrong. All we ordered was a meatlovers and a vegorama, and this time, it had NO sauce. What the actual...!?How hard is it to get a basic order right!? We won't ever return. Waste of our time and money. Very disappointing. DO NOT ORDER HERE.

Very bad experience.I ordered an extra large peri peri pizza last week. When I reached home I realised they didn’t add any peri peri sauce in it. When I rang them they offered me a store credit for my next purchase, or else I have to go back to the shop to get a new one. As it was late and my kids were waiting already to have the pizza,I opted the option to receive a store credit for my next purchase. Today when I rang them , they told me they can’t give the store credit as they haven’t noted my phone number for the store credit.
