Left my ABS control module a month ago to get repaired, they told me they will get back to me to let me know what is happening, they never called. Anyway, talked to the manager and she told me that she sent it already to get repaired a week ago. Today on the 2/06, I've called again and a staff told me that my parts is still here and I need to pay for $500 to send it to diagnose the issue. I told the staff I want to talk to the manager. She told me she is busy and will call me back later. I've never got a called back.Unprofessional workers, manager I don't have a word to describe her. She is not at the level for me to be honest.

Great discounts on seasonal sale. Order online and then pop in the store to collect straight away (if in stock). Knowledgeable and helpful staff. All around great experience.

Shocking customer service snatched the cab of paint I was buying out of my hand when I was browsing and took it to the front, had to run after your man to try to get it, needless to say I didn’t buy anything else because of this and won’t be back! Too expensive, better off buying online for half the price and getting your product the next day.

Been here before and the customer service was brilliant, however, I went recently and it was awful. The guy had a personality of a wet towel, flat out ignored me and grunted at me.Rude.

I bought many products during lock down. Order processing was very easy. Orders were ready with 15 minutes. Easy collection process and friendly staff. Recommend to others.
