I have thought about how to put into words the experience of this but no words seem enough.I have never felt such deep clarity of my mind until yesterday. I had the best sleep in goodness knows how long to add to the value of this session. My experience was unbelievable and no words come to mind of the overwhelming sense of peace.Susan is soo in tune with her physical and mental being which made this session that much more relevant.Susan has got me thinking practically about my physical being especially from abdomen down to understand my physical presence. I absolutely loved the meditation with Susan. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I've been able to take what I have learnt and apply it to my everyday life.
