Paid about $400 for a 15-90 hot water pump only for it to fail due to a minor leak around an O ring around the automatic switch housing. No worries, I'll just buy a new small switch cover and O ring, but wait!!...these units ARE NON SERVICABLE BECAUSE GRUNFOS CANT GET PARTS FOR THEM!!!So to cut a long story short, just buy a non brand cheap pump and replace that rather than spending nearly $400 and having to throw that in the bin anyway.Grunfos, you are a con.

Purchased my Grundfos borehole pump (SQN model made in Mexico), only to learn that all SQN pumps produced in the prior 6 months were faulty and subject to recall.It is inconvenient (understatement) to remove an installed borehole pump and return it to Adelaide.Grundfos made the process even more difficult as they insist on using Toll Holdings as their logistics supplier, and Toll refused to come to my property to collect the pump. I had to deliver it to them.I am rating Grundfos as 2 stars, because it did honour the warranty and my new pump has arrived. Let's hope it works!!
