If I could give minus 1 star I would. I took my wedding dress in to have the bustle done, was told it would take one week, after 2 weeks when I heard nothing I called and said I am coming to collect my dress. I went to try it on and saw the most terrible work I have ever seen. Rather than I discreet ribbon attached, a metal trouser hook had been used and even when it was hooked up, most of the train was still on the floor. Ladies, whatever you do DON'T risk it!!! I spend $100 and walked away in tears and then found someone else to fix it and spent another $140.

The best quality of work and I am so appreciative that the lovely lady at looksmart tailored my long pants perfectly for an overseas trip the following day. Quality of the work was top notch and excellent customer service, thank you, I will be back!

I had the hem taken up on a skirt which I would have called tricky, but I could not believe the most amazing result. I am so pleased with the end result.***** from me .Margaret

** MISSING ITEMS FROM DRY CLEANING** Poor customer service** Brand new silk sheets dry cleaned, have been returned with snags all over them as if they’ve been through a dryer.I waited more than two weeks for my dry cleaning of two sheets, two pillow cases and one dress to be completed and then waited 40 minutes when I went to pick up my dry cleaning as the shop closed for ‘lunch break’. I returned home and unpacked the single bag of dry cleaning I was provided. The two pillow cases are missing. I have called 5 times over several days and have not been able to reach the store. The pillow cases were more than $200 and the dry cleaning cost $86.

without going into detail, pretty much the same as all these other 1 star reviews, extremely rude.. easily up there with some of the rudest customer service I've ever received.

Attempted to take in a wedding dress, flower girl dress and suit for dry cleaning at the Robina store. I was told not to use their services for my wedding dress as it takes 2 months to return and there are better companies for me to use. To be told not to use a business from someone that works there is a first!! She didn’t seem like she wanted me to arrange for the other items either. Honestly have never received such terrible customer service. Judging from other reviews it’s pretty standard and can’t see the owners caring on another bad review

I came here becaus I needed to take in the back of some Jean's urgently, they were so kind, and they fitted me right then and there, and I got then back in an hour, I'm so happy with the fit, and would highly reccomend

Tried to give this lady business, just needed a quote for my curtains as Spotlight were paying the bill and required a written quote. Was told price per curtain and to add it up. Would have been a $600 job but lady was so rude and couldn’t be bothered giving me a written quote. It all became too hard unfortunately.

The worst customer service I have received. I had to get my bridemaid dress altered as the size was too big for me, the first time I took it in I received in three days later, however they had not taken it in enough, as it was still not fitting (I showed them how much I wanted it taken in as I tried it on in the store). I took it in a second time 2 weeks pior to the wedding, stressed to them it was urgent however I wasn't too concered as it was quick the first time. I was very much wrong as it took them over a week, I had called the store 5 times and never got a phone call back, I ended up going into the store to see what was going on, only for them to lose my dress and tell me they don't have it, when they finally found it in the end, they told me they had been trying to call me as they needed me try it on again, I did not have any missed calls from them. I finally got the dress back one day before the wedding, the dress had a pull in the front and I had to try and steam clean it myself as I didn't have enough time to drop it off at a dry cleaners. I received no apology for the inconvience, will never use them again, stay clear away

The most unprofessional service, I was told that what was handed in a week ago was not there and it was such an effort for them to double check. Even though a number of phone calls were made in an attempt to find out when my piece was ready no one answered the phone. Then to me told they tried calling me a number of times and blame me was very frustrating. Do yourself a favour and don’t use this business.
