Initial review was 5 stars based on my onboarding experience. Overall experience, meh. I had my business listed with Finn for 7 months. Very little communication, almost no leads and when following up with potential interested parties no feedback to why they didn't continue on with their enquiry. Very frustrating to say the least. The marketing costs is where it kills you. $6K spent with no feedback or plan forward. I get it takes time to sell a business, but just provide honest feedback on how we can move forward to generate more interest. Perhaps small bespoke businesses isn't your thing Finn.
