That’s their territory.Me:……I decided to see another Doctor in Bilo.Doctor: You have infections in your mouth and it’s spreading to your throat. You need something stronger than Antibiotics.Me: Thank god I came to you……

The medical centre is kindly

Drove over 100km, waited over half an hour with two disabled kids and a suicidal teen, doctor made us leave without completing the consult because she doesn't bulk bill and apparently she doesn't know how to write referrals. We were told to come back next week and see a different doctor. I can't afford the petrol and honestly I'm now feeling really suicidal and overwhelmed so thanks for nothing I guess.

Front counter staff are absolutely lovely and go above and beyond. Medical staff far less soo. Have no interest in patients or their well being.

Dr Jeff, has only been there a few days, but what an awesome doctor.Medical practices need doctors like him.Not only did he help me with my medical issue, but also took the time to assist and advise with all of my questions.

Courteous staff, clean facilities. Dr Campbell is thorough and kind.

Absolutely terrible. As a first time patient at this facility I was not only being ignored, but was treated as if I was there to waste their time. I was not greeted by any of the staff including the doctor who as a new patient, didn't even bother to ask how I was. Sure I was only there to renew my prescription, but they didn't know that until I had to tell the doctor why I was there without him asking.No thank you. I'd rather drive to Rocky or fly back to Brisbane to my doctor there.Absolutely terrible. Not even worth the one star.
