I haven't considered Uniqlo until I discovered their Heatech range of clothing which has been very beneficial to me. From there I've also brought other clothing items and found them to be quite good, even better than I initially thought. I will consider Uniqlo one of my regular clothing shopping destinations now.

Well located shop at the Glen, i like its casual ranges of clothing. Good customer service and adequately priced items. Overall good shopping experience however you should be careful about some of their clothing’s, specifically knitwear and chinos trousers which may attract a lot of dust. Which you can see at the display itself. Not sure why they are carrying such materials as they are a global brand with good track records. Hope they will make better decisions in that regard in near future. Otherwise i like their brand for the price I pay.

High quality products...lots to choose from. Clean and very organised. Prices are above average but if you go for really good quality products that lasts, this is the place. Good designs clothes that will make you stand out.

I do like UniQlo products, the shop itself is located in the good shopping mall, and is not very crowded (Like chadstone). In other hand not that big and as far as my understanding goes, u may not be able to find all UniQlo products here (May not be correct, is my feeling as I have visited this place more than 20 times and compared it with other UniQlo shops)

The range of mens polos or casual shirts is absolutely appalling. There is nothing except business shirts. And no top pockets on shirts which we need for our phones. Shirt makers are not listening to customer feedback

Not even worth 1 star. Unprofessional and unkind staff. They gave me a wrong receipt for the items I purchased a week ago. I wasn’t aware it was a wrong receipt until I came to exchange the items.I came today with the receipt to exchange a lady at the counter said I should bring the right receipt. I told her this is what I was given as the receipt for the items. She repeated saying I need to bring the right receipt. And I told this is what I received from you guys.....And the stupid conversation repeated. Very unpleasant experience.
