Huge shout out to the lovely gentleman that went out of his way to help my father and I. It was an extremely busy day and only a few staff on. It's be great if they could get more staff on! It's a very busy store and for people like me that need help, we already feel bad for asking for help when busy, but I need to for the right product. Thankyou for helping us, even comming our of the store and looking up different products on the system to see what would match my vehicle correctly! Made our day!

Feels good to be treated like a thief. Went to deeragun store today 26/12/22 3.20pm. Asked if could change my brand new fishing shirt still with tags to a different size. Not a refund. I was asked if I had the receipt, I didn't as it was a Christmas gift. I was then told I could have stolen it and bought it to the register. Even though I entered the store with my shirt and stood at the counter the entire time. So well done BCF accusing customers of theft . Quality.
