Property Manager Sheridan is negligent in her understanding of tenancy law. Repeatedly allowed people to enter rental properties without providing entry notices to tenants. Also consistently threatened tenants without grounds in what is a very tough rental market.I would never trust her to manage my investment or people and I certainly would not rent through her.

I wouldn't use this Realestate to sell your property!!! After having a problem with a staff member (not doing what they said they were going to do) we rang to let the management know what the problem was... The receiptionist pretty much told us Don't tell me your problems
