The roads are a bit hard to navigate on google maps were not up to date. Otherwise seemed to be an up and coming area.

Very densely packed estate. Doesn't have a nice feel about it. Hopefully improves once a few more stages are built

Love living in the vista, very community friendly. Beautiful parks, often has food trucks and seasonal events. Has its own shopping centre and doctors surgery. Down the road from the clearest blue beach too! Can't wait for the train station to arrive, it will make commuting so much faster and easier!

Have lived here for 8 months (after an 18 month delay on titles), starting to question that decision. Were promised a park, still not done. Seems like development has come to a stand still

It will be a great spot once the new shops are in, there's nothing besides Subway & a service station in walking distance.
