Be aware when you order online!I ordered a size 6 S.G bat for my son. We got it shipped to Auckland. My son had been collecting money for a long time to buy it. We realised only after a year when we were comparing our bat with someone else’s size 6 bat and found out that it was smaller than it should have been. We measured it at home again and found it was smaller than a size 6 S.G bat. We paid over $300 NZ dollars for it. My son was very disappointed that he had to waste all his money on a size 5 bat which had a size 6 sticker slapped on the handle.Very unhappy with what happened. I wouldn’t buy from here again. They weren’t honest when they sent a size 5 bat. Very Very poor.Thanks for your reply, we had never purchased a size 5 bat but a size 6 and our bat is smaller than it should have been. We had also compared bat sizes with another size 6 S.G bat which proved that you guys sent us the wrong size. We had also checked the sizes for S.G bats online and ours measured the size of a size 5 bat. We had also seen another S.G bat of the same model in another shop and that bat was thicker, longer, wider, heavier and a size 6 bat. Also a size 5 S.G bat is 2 centimetres smaller than a size 6 S.G bat and that’s how much shorter ours was. So basically you charged us for a size 6 bat and sent us a size 5. Also as a big retailer in sports you should have known the difference between the 2 different bat sizes. I have attached some photos of a real size 6 bat and the S.G bat you sent us. I would appreciate a full refund because my son worked very hard for the money to buy it. We will wait for your reply.

A scam website/company, I bought a 10 soccer poles, they ship me 5 poles, I asked the company, they said each pole has 2 sections so 5 poles become 10 poles. HOW SMART! they can sell a pair of shoes into 2 shoes, sell two story house as two houses! They know exactly what they doing and prepaired for it.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!BELIEVE GOOD REVIEWS ARE ALL FAKE!

Good store for all sporting gears. I went to buy cricket gears for my son. Friendly Staff member guided me with all the gear needed and explained the use.

Daniel very patiently spent about 40min with us finding the right pair of football shoes and shin pads for my 7yr old. He was very helpful. So was the staff at checkout. Great customer service experience overall, and very reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back for our future cricket/football requirements.

Fantastic range if cricket gear. If it is cricket i would say they have it. Prices seem very reasonable for all branded gear.

Would leave a zero if I could. Terrible service. I had soccer boots ordered for my son. Was told they would arrive on the Friday and we had ordered themOn Tuesday. Which seemed fair. Late Friday no response for this store so I contacted them to be informed they hadn’t been picked up by the courier but should be there the next week. Fast forward to the week after, I check in to be told they should arrive that Friday.Not once did they contact me to inform me on any updates. I had to keep contacting them. Service is really poor and disappointing.I definitely wouldn’t shop here again
