These guys were AMAZING! Despite it being 6pm of a Friday afternoon, a Technician was at the door! After a night of no sleep and alarms going off during my WFH meetings, they saved the day and replaced the faulty smoke detectors for such a very reasonable price. It was done within minutes and the Tech checked the whole house over to make sure the house was compliant. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We recently upgraded smoke alarms through SAS in our rental and in-laws. There service is fantastic and very prompt. Lyndon was so helpful to my elderly in-laws he went there multiple time to show how the system works and even provided them with a remote even though they didn’t pay for it. Thank you. When it’s time to upgrade ours they will be the only one I would call.

I called SAS for a compliance check/repair, noting the smoke alarms in my rental property weren't working properly as they had been de-activated due to issues. Lyndon responded very quickly and reported on the current issues after his first visit. He was very patient explaining why they were non-compliant and was back the next day to replace faulty alarms. Excellent, prompt service, very good value for money and 24/7 ongoing support offered if any future issues arise - highly recommend! Thanks Lyndon!

Lyndon is very knowledgeable about smoke alarms. He was very patient while helping me to disarm a smoke alarm via an evening phone call.He was at my place 1st thing next morning to ensure the alarm was disarmed and to replace it with a newer model. He checked all of the other alarms as well. Lyndon also gave me some more tips on how to turn off the alarms safely.

So this is the 2nd time I've used SAS. The 1st for my Mum's house then for mine and I've been astounded both times for the prompt and professional service.
