Food is great but they need better staff that can smile and help not just be an order taker. Slow counter service seems to be aimed at drive through.

Fast and efficient service with friendly staff, perfect on all general store fronts, clean store and the cutlery and standard items were all of a good amount.The potato and gravy had a much larger gravy based form but was alright, the chips were your standard good chips, the chicken was of great taste and cooked well but did seem to have a few discrepancies likely from the producer.This store is ultimately the best chicken store in Ellenbrook with it producing great results every time, I truly hope the team keep this store as great as they always have ☺️

I walked in and the restaurant was clean and quiet. I was given a short time to peruse the menu and then served by a smiling staff member. I received my order in good time. No complaints except they really are only chickens (small) not chooks.

Friendly and kind staff. Love the fried chicken from Red rooster, but this time fried chicken was a bit dry, it was crunchy, but I think it's a bit over crunchy which made me feel hard to bite.

3rd time in a row the chips were gross, floppy cold like they had been sitting around. The store wasn't busy both times l couldn't eat the food got thrown.

Incredibly poor service (poor food to match). Went through drive through, when we got home we discovered that not only were things missing from the order but some items were wrong as well. Rang and spoke with manager on duty ?Kiara who blamed the mistake on us and then blamed her trainee. She was unbelievably rude and basically said too bad and told my mum if she came back down to reorder she would pay full price. At no time did she even make an attempt to apologise or even sound remotely polite for that matter. Guess the new store a few minutes away will get a lot more business if that’s the way they treat customers.
