Kerry and Greg are just so attentive, and genuinely interested in providing outstanding service. Loved all the little touches – afternoon tea on arrival, glass (or two) of port in the evening and the delicious gourmet breakfast, with Greg’s home-made bread and fresh ingredients gathered from their garden. Would definitely return to Sanda Cottage when next in Tasmania. Linda and John.

Wow! This is a hidden gem in Orford! You really must try to get a room here if visiting the area! The room was immaculate with such beautiful history.Breakfast was absolutely incredible. We had the frittata and truffle eggs - amazing! There was also homemade jams from their fruit tree and freshly baked bread. Worth every cent!Thank you so much for being so welcoming. We will definitely be back!

Completely unexpected surprise, we booked last minute as we found ourselves travelling through and it ended up a highlight of our holiday. The room was cosy and stunning and the grounds were lovely! Our hosts were most accommodating and very welcoming. 11/10

Kerry & Greg were perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome. Afternoon tea / plunger coffee on arrival with some lovely brownies. Breakfast included delicious home made jams.Wifi restricted to shared areas due to internal rock walls.

Stayed 2 nights with another couple/friends. Sanda House is a beautiful B&B - the rooms were lovely and very comfortable, breakfast was great, and hosts Greg and Kerry are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome - it was a pleasure to stay here. Would highly recommend staying here.

Spectacular! We stayed in the old post room with the fireplace and I have never slept in a cosier room. Our breakfast was delicious and Sandra was an exceptional host. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This hotel is a time travel: you forget what year it is and where you are! The old stone building with incredibly cute and comfortable rooms. On top of that, Kerry and Greg serve a breakfast in style! Kerry makes jams, chutneys and many other delicious things out of fruit and vegetables they grow in the hotel’s garden. Attention to details, impeccable everything! Very high standards! Thank you, Kerry and Greg! We’ll be back.P.S. Recommend!!!

Kerry & Greg were superb hosts and very pleasant to deal with. The accommodation has lots of character and is set in a beautiful spacious garden. It just takes a minute to feel at home. Cooked breakfast was one of the best I have had in a B&B. Bedroom is on the small side when you have large suitcases and bathroom is slightly cramped as well, but altogether I would definitely return.
