Worst pedicure. 3 different “nail techs” completely ruined the shape of my nails, couldn’t apply french polish, didn’t listen. No massage. Have to go get them done elsewhere and still tried to make me pay extra because of their time spent fixing their mistakes. Absolutely foul

The first and last time I'll come here.. wanted square got coffin, wanted colour but after sitting there for 45 minutes just to get a clear set I left with that... Wouldn't waste your time and or money to leave in happy

Took my young daughter in here as she wanted to get her nails done being Christmas Eve knew it would be busy so got there at 9amMy daughter wasSitting on a pedicure chair for 40 mins we were watching other walk in come in and sit down before us, in my opinion it was because a 5year old nails arnt going to cost as much. Ended up walking outBut I did take note of the hygiene the foot spas has brown gunk all around the edges and they used a toilet brush to clean them with no product, surely there is meant to be some sort of infection control??

First time trying this salon for a pedicure and I’ll never return. Firstly hygiene is appalling. The woman doesn’t change her gloves between customers and they use the same tools on everyone without cleaning in between. Then instead of using the filing tool to take off my previous shellac she tries to scrape/cut it off with cuticle clippers. To top it all off after finally being seen too I’m left to sit here half way through while the lady tends to another customer that just walked in instead of finishing my nails first and then moving on. I didn’t even end up finishing the service as I was left just sitting there. They are barely welcoming when walking in and you feel lost. Really not happy with the service.

Wow just unbelievably bad!!! Similar experience than the last review before me. They never heard about cleaning and hygiene!Gloves not changed between customers. Tried to scrape/cut it off old shellac with cuticle clippers. 3/4 after my service was done lady walked off and started another person’s pedicure. After sitting there waiting for 30 min with toe seperators on, finally someone finished it off. The pedicure was painful and they just scraped chunks of my skin off under the foot now every step hurts. Unbelievable, no care no quality. I will NEVER return!!! Go somewhere else !!!

Have been using this business for many years, always great service from Le and staff. Salon nice and clean too!
