Oros Hotel and Apartments

Ik i say that a place is life changing often, but this place genuinely was. Earlier in the day i met a certain girl for the first time, we had a devious plan, we were invited by our respecive friends looking to go on a date who decided to invite us as well, even though we hadnt met before we decided we would pretend we hit it off better than them. All 4 of us were staying here in a room i booked, and if it wasnt for this hotel i may not be the person i am today. We wandered around the room together amazed at the interesting choice of colour palet and the inclusion of a full on meat cleaver in the cutlery drawer. After the double date we returned to our room, with a romance beginning to blossom. We sat in the living room, watching the outher couple be the most awkward pairing imagineable, then i was horrified at the sight of my 5'3 tall future gf downing an entire bottle of rosè before we settled back down on the couch to watch the most boring movie of our lives before going to bed

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past however unfortunately after our last experience we won’t be back. The first room we were put in had not been cleaned. After raising the issue with management we were then put into another room which was not any better. Apart from the strong cooking smell within the room, the floors hadn’t been vacuumed, there was dried spilt food on the floor, and hair in the bathroom. The elevator was disgusting and had a funky smell. Being a reasonably new building, it’s a shame that the housekeeping can’t maintain the rooms to a basic standard of cleanliness. We did raise the issues upon checking out but were not provided with any form of compensation.

The room itself looked clean at first glance. However I realized it was a bit dusty after I grabbed my cellphone from the bed. The whole screen of my phone was covered by dust. Later on we cleaned the room ourselves. It was a 2-night stay. The next morning we asked the reception to send someone change the sheets and clean the room for us. We found out that someone did make the bed for us but clearly the sheets were still not changed after we came back in the evening. I just attached the photos showing the unchanged sheets and pillowcases with stains.I personally wouldn't come back again because of the hygienic reasons.

My stay at this hotel was just the stay I needed, right from the check-in point was just lovely staff were very welcoming with fast check in and all information I needed was explained. My room was amazing clean and very fresh !!!Staff informed me with directions with dinner for myself and partner on a amazing night out we had. Would highly recommend this wonderful hotel for a great weekend get away. Staff were amazing. Thanks Oros Plus for a fantastic stay. See you again in the near future.!!!!

Not a luxury hotel and staff are not very friendlyTook over 7 days to get the $100 bond back on my cardOnly 2 sachets of coffee and there was no milkParking is an extra 10 on top of the $164 per nightNot value for money and won't be staying there again

Came down to Melbourne for work is my third night here. Room is clean and generous size. BUT mattress is a hard as concrete, haven't had a good night's sleep. Also for some reason can't get phone reception in the building (Optus) and free wifi is weak.Other then that it's okay.

Good things:1. Has a kitchen to cook2. Bed and linen are very comfy3. Has a washing machine, which is very convenientThings I don't like:1. I couldn't sleep because other guests were playing music all night & all day(the bass sounds can penetrate the ear plugs), and the staff couldn't find which room was responsible (I know it's always hard to find).2. Although it is a non-smoking hotel, but the smell of smoke came out of the air conditioner every day.3. Our room was facing the Princes Highway, and the sound of traffic was very loud.

If you ever stay at this great facility, make sure to speak to Adam in the evening! Very friendly and always happy to help out 10/10 customer service

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay last week at Oros Plus! Check in was smooth and quick , room was clean and the facilities were fantastic. I was especially impressed by how the staff treated their guests, I always received a smile from every staff member I passed. Best part of the stay was the bed and the location was great for my travel to a work meeting nearby! I'll definitely be coming back if I need to stay in the area again

Needed a last minute place to house my family and baby boy as power supply at home was interrupted due to street works, booked a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor (6th level), EXACTLY what we needed. Both bedrooms had balcony access, so did the dining area, so was good to get some fresh air from high floor outdoor space. Spacious, neat apartment, and great to have 2 bathrooms too. Overall, the family loved it, smooth check in and check out, fuss free, will definitely stay again as this visit 100% met the expectations/requirements.
