Had an infected root canal and all they did was spend the entire consult talking about expensive implant treatment they recommended. $7000. I ended up with a systemic infection. Extremely unprofessional and unethical.

Very professional and helpful staff. I am usually anxious to go to the dentist, however the wonderful staff put my mind at ease. All treatments were explained thoroughly. I highly recommend this business for all your dental needs.

Went to see these dentists as Beau struggles with needles and they assured me they could certainly deal with that problem. What they didn't say was that I would have to sell a kidney to pay their bill. For a checkup and 5 x-rays it cost $387.00 or which I got back $177. I am on 80% with Medibank Private and am still getting over the shock ....I have to pay them $210 out of our pockets. They quoted over $1600 to remove one tooth, fill one and clean his teeth on top of that I have to pay for the anesthetist. He went to another Dentist who was excellent and cost him ....nothing. He was shocked when we told him how much we were charged and how large the quote was....no wonder they off payment plans. Great staff very pleasant, every pleasant surrounding but they can afford to be pleasant at the time.....the bill kills you from the pure shock. Oh and by the way if you are struggling to pay then watch out they hound you into the ground. Even knowing the situation, he has been off work now for over 18 months due to an injury and part of his problem is from grinding his teeth, they still didn't have the decency to say by the way we are not affiliated with any funds therefore we charge like wounded bulls.....

I recently required new dentures. They are the third set I have had and I am so pleased with them. The service provided by Concept's management and clinical staff was by far the best I have experienced in 47 years of needing dental care. The actual dentures are the best I have had including my first set when I was 23 yo and I am now nearly 70. Thankyou SO MUCH CONCEPT.
