Prime carpet cleaning

Eddy charged $450 for end of lease including carpet cleaning but none of the area inside the house were cleaned. Very unprofessional.I would recommend only to pay him after you got the Bond back or check up your house properly. Otherwise you will be wasting your money.

Excellent service for my fleet of taxis, thanks for making them near New!My taxis had been off the road for about 3 months and needed a good cleaning to be back on the road.Ed did a good job, with steam cleaning and I'm very satisfied with his work. Will definately use them and recommend .

This guy Eddie is a big time scammer. Charged me $500 for end of lease cleaning. He told me you can go i will clean it and then you can send me the money. He sent me two photos of a drawers which he cleaned. I transferred him the money. When i went to chek the house next morning. Only those two drawers were cleaned and nothing else. He didn't even touch anything. Trying to call him but he already blocked me. Also not replying any of my messages. Stay away form this guy.

Booked Eddy to clean our lounge after a recommendation from a friend - he did a great job and I'll definitely be calling him again next time I need a carpet or lounge cleaned. Would recommend to anyone in Sydney looking for a carpet or upholstery cleaner.

Absolutely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Their license should be cancelled if they have any! For them our moving to a new place experience turn from excitement to anxiety, as Eddys no show no response on that day; we had to subsequently cancel Pest control, electrical work. Eddy confirmed with the text day before his approximate time of arrival but no response whatsoever on that day! No communications from Eddy or Prime cleanings. My husband had to get the cleanings done when he had plan to help me out with packing for next day move! I even wonder Prime cleaning gets this good ratings having an employee like Eddy! Hope you were alright Eddy! What a legend you are? Untrustworthy, unprofessional piece of.....

Great service, professional, honest and worth every dollar. Highly recommended and best of all it's a mobile service. I will definitely be using this service again for all my upholstery and carpet cleaning needs. 5 stars!!!!

I had my sofa cleaned by Eddy, he is a lovely guy who is passionate about his work. He is very responsive, I even booked at short notice. The clean was great, I have had friends that have paid double his prices and were unhappy with their results. Will be using him again.

Last minute booking and even after having a bad day and running late rather than cancel he still made the time and effort to do his job 100% and was so kind and understanding of the kids wanting to try and help and constantly under his feet no matter how much I told them he needs to be left alone. He notified us to with multiple messages about times changing and even after I said it was late he should go home to his family and he could reschedule he isntised on completing the task without hassel. Will definitely be using again.
