I can not recommend Phil highly enough to ANYONE and EVERYONE!! I’d hate to think where I’d be in life without him. When I first went to see Phill about 4 years ago he completely got rid of my chronic pain condition that I had been battling for about 13 months in just the one session. I have since been back to see Phill and he has helped me immensely to remove all anxiety from my life as well as giving me motivation and confidence to navigate my life as a performing artist.

From the moment I met with Phil, I felt at ease and comfortable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and he asked thoughtful questions to better understand my unique situation. He used his knowledge of Neuro Linguistics to help me identify patterns in my thinking and language that were contributing to my stress levels. My stress levels have reduced drastically as a result. I came all the way from Sydney to get help for a very personal problem that I have carried around for a very long time and which was affecting literally every aspect of my life. Life changing beyond expectation. It’s been 3 years since my one session. I went to Phil for assistance with a simple issue that would’ve been easy done and he could’ve sent me on my way. First he asked me some probing questions about my life, getting to know a bit about me (which I think a good hypnotherapist aught do so they can tailor your session to get the best outcome for you as an individual) In the process of chatting he uncovered a far deeper issue, a devastating ongoing private trauma that I hadn’t really wanted to talk about (relating to my youngest child) that I carry always, keep under the hood in public but that regularly knocked me down (crying in private, sometimes not getting out of bed for days at a time) But this was not what I came for because this was the kind of pain and a shame no one could possibly help with. Phil said “I think first we need to remove that sadness you carry around related to your son, because it’s not serving either of you”.. I actually laughed off the suggestion and said it was a nice thought but that would be impossible and it’s not why I’m here. That that was my cross to bare and let’s just forget it because no one could ever relieve that pain. I think I recall saying something like “You couldn’t even put a dent in that! I just came here looking to improve my diet and fitness” But Phil asked me to trust him and explained he wasn’t going to remove any love for my child but he garanteed me he would soften the sadness and that he’d make it so next time I heard my sons voice I wouldn’t get the “lightning bolt” in my chest. He said if we move out some sadness there’s more room for love and that in that state I would be more effective so I could better help my son. I really thought it was a waste of time. I don’t remember that part of the Hypno at all but I do remember the health/fitness related part.I went home and told my housemates with an eye roll and said “as if that could work” We talked about my son for a good half hour then the phone rang and it was my boy.No lightning bolt to the chest.. I was able to think clearly and communicate effectively. My housemate said “Sorry Toni but your Hypno definately worked, that’s the first time since I’ve known you that you’ve spoken about him for more than 2 minutes without crying and going to bed and you didn’t go to pieces on the phone”This new state of mind gave me my life back. It made me a better, stronger person. It’s allowed me to literally live my best life after years in a black cloud of fear and negativity. And i didn’t even ask for it! Phil cleared my head of blinding fog so I was able to think pragmatically and differentiate effective and ineffective ways to “help”my son rather than wasting my resources making emotionally frantic reactional hopeless exhausting attempts.Oh and 8-12 weeks after Hypno with Phil my GP commented that even though I’d had cancer not so long ago I was the healthiest I’d been in all the years he’d known me.I had previously been to a well known “hypnotherapist” name beginning with G who has about 50 5 star reviews and it was a total scam. It felt like he was pretending to be psychic and was busy doing other tasks at his desk while he had me watch what I think was a YouTube video and stare at a green spiral (I’m guessing his good reviews r from gullible, vulnerable people who just “believe”) I believe in real life results. Just wish I’d I read the one 1 star review bc it described my waste of time experience.I went to Phil for a boost in exercise & diet motivation. I didn’t think I deserved a minutes relief from my Mother guilt. I left loving myself enough to do better in just about every area of my life, honouring every aspect of my health and well-being and being a more positive influence on everyone around me. Simply because he insisted on alleviating some sadness.I trust Phil. He is a highly skilled, insightful, straight talking yet empathetic therapist.Anyone can be a councillor that makes you momentarily feel better, Phil can help u make the lasting change you need in your life.

Highly recommend Phil, by far the best investment of my time, money and energy. He is the real deal and can seriously clear issues you have been carrying for years in one session.
