I completed my Certificate 1 in conservation and land management in September at Collingwood Park and found that for most part the course ran smoothly. Due to weather there was off/on supervisors but our main Trainer Jason pradoe was extremely informative, passionate about the industry and ensured we learnt what was required in the real work force.Chelsea our admin/work advisor was also very helpful as was Jodie.Overall had a great learning experience at Challenge and would recommend.Since then I've gained an apprenticeship in landscape construction.Thank use

I enrolled in Cert III Individual Support and I love the course and look forward to working in the industry. My trainer is fabulous, insightful and has a mountain load of information and experience.

Currently at the lawnton office and I must say great trainers my whole class is ahead were getting taught really well would recommend Challenge to everyone. They're supportive inside the classroom as well. Whenever I had any issues they took it upon themselves to help me out immensely.

I recently completed a Cert I - Conservation and Land Management traineeship at Challenge Employment & training and I couldn't recommend the course and Challenge more highly. After being unable to find work in this industry for a number of years this course was just the foot in the door that I needed to enter the industry. It has been truely a life changing experience. This journey was guided by the horticultural and industry professional Stu Francisco. Stu is a down to earth, knowledgeable and motivational trainer who with a true passion for horticulture was able to pass down the skills and knowledge to myself and the team of trainees to gain quality industry relevant training and skills. I am now a full time employee in the horticulture industry and I owe so much of it to the great work done by Stu and the program Challenge is running. Stu is a real assets and credit to the whole organisation. Would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to get their foot in the door for a wide range of horticulture type jobs.

Challenge has been really helpful with the course in Individual Support I'm doing. They have helped when I struggled and ensure that I understand and keep up with the class.

If you are wanting to improve your engineering skills, contact Challenge for the Certificate II in Engineering Pathways course. You'll learn some amazing skills from technical drawing, machining, welding, and light metal fabrication. The instructors and staff are very professional, and knowledgeable. Other courses such as Horticulture are available also. I cannot recommend this training organisation enough

Signed up to a telecommunications course a day later their trainer pulled out and said they would get someone else in and keep us updated had to call them after a month and a half of waiting to be emailed sorry the course is now cancelled what a waste of time and a joke of a company.
