I took my Rocket Giotto to service and it was quick, they've done a great job and customer service was very friendly and informative too

Espresso Project
Brought my four year old machine in for a service in April and had the gasket replaced to stop the steam wand from leaking. I received the machine back with scratches and marks from the wrench on the tap which was annoying but I only discovered this at home and didn't bother. These things can happen but at least you tell the customer and are upfront.The steam wand is leaking again three months in.I now ordered a complete tap assembly from over east for less of the cost of replacing the washer in the first place. I guess it will have to be DIY from here on in.

First time user after purchasing my machine from Dimattina Coffee a year ago. Service was quick and efficient without a hefty charge.
