Hopeless install non compliant works asked and paid for thermal blanket to be installed lots of area's were not installed sections of the roof were taken off so the thermal blanket could be installed .....no weather proofing to ridge line turning up the end of the sheets leaks around penetrations ...HELD money of them to get rectified ...in the end gave up paid and got a licenced plumber to remediate all defects

3 days turned into 2 months, incomplete work.threatened to pull all the work they had done off unless full amount paid.paid full amount and they left everything incomplete. Didn't give compliance certificate,not registered as roof plumbers, not responding to phone calls..problems still occurring..

I would urge everyone to please not engage with this company. Mo from Mojo Roofing is the worst person to deal with regarding any roof work. You would rather have no roof than have the roof installed by this mob. They were given a job which was not done completely and demanded to be paid, we thought the job was completed (which is what he told us) and paid him in full. We then realised that he hasnt installed some flashings and ridge cap on the roof as the material was still at site and not used, on asking him he told us he would come the following week and install it but never turned up and kept making false promises. Our bad luck we had lots of rain those days which caused damages to the office ceiling and floor which needed to be replaced completely costing us about $4k. We engaged Mo to get a job done for our client, so we had our reputation on the line as well, due to this we lost any respect the client had for us and also our reputation was at stake as well. He hasnt provided even a Certificate of Completion, only if I had seen some recent review which another client who had a similar case. A complaint with the VBA has been raised and hopefully they can resolve the issue. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS MOB!
