The team at Fitstop Ashgrove are so friendly and welcoming and just genuinely an amazing bunch of people. I have been to other group training gyms and Ashgrove is by far the best, just an overall great vibe and they make you feel instantly part of the family. The trainers all bring great energy to the sessions and push you to your best, I love seeing actual results from my training. I couldn't recommend Fitstop Ashgrove more!

The whole team at FitStop Ashgrove are awesome! I’ve been training there for about 3 months now and they’ve all been so welcoming. They have created such a fun team atmosphere to train in.The trainers all have in-depth knowledge about nutrition, training, fitness and body movement, I’ve learnt so much from all of them! The best part of training at FitStop Ashgrove is that they continually challenge and support my training goals in a realistic and achievable way. They’re always there to spot you if you want to try and lift heavier and they’ll even jump in and challenge you to the number of burpees you can do! One of the best gyms I’ve ever trained at and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic coaches who really care and motivate you to achieve your goals. Great friendly community too who will welcome you, have a laugh and challenge you too. Programming has a great structure and really suits my style of functional and performance training. Highly recommend come and give it a try.

Fitstop Ashgrove has such a friendly and welcoming environment. The owners and trainers are so motivating and encouraging and they cater to all fitness levels and injuries/disabilities so you never feel like you need to be super fit to try it. Overall one of the best gyms I’ve been too!

Fitstop Ashgrove is in its own lane, no other gym I have been to compares!! The workouts are challenging and fun but I think the best part is the community feel created by Kell, Marcin, James and all the members. Fitsop is more like a family than a gym!!
