Went today with my partner and we really enjoyed our time learning. He is now able to ride around the carpark by himself just in 2 hours. Really friendly guys, they really cared about you progressing and had great advice and patience. They know their stuff and really want people to enjoy themselves. Everyone picks it up differently. Their workshop is right there too so great location to get it all done. Easily can recommend these guys as your go to for all thing e-unicycle.

Glad to have been able to speak to staff over the phone to help out in my first step into power pads. Received with general town issues as usual with other merchants and I was pleased ERiderz accommodated my change of preferences based on China supply constraints. Pads a working great too staff ensured the product would work on my machine. Thanks.

These guys are awesome to deal with, they even showed me around their warehouse. I am more than happy to buy from them in the future.If you ride a bike that is overpriced and doesn't have the standard essentials like you see on most modern bikes such as a fuel gauge, the Boblbee 25l GTX backpack is for you.

Bought my first euc here. Bought it over a year ago and have had it serviced twice. On both occasions service was prompt, well done and affordable.The whole experience of owning an EUC has been so good. These things are very practical and very fun. I use mine pretty much daily and it is such a pleasure to ride to work with it, so shout out to the guys here for keeping it tuned up and functional.If you are on the fence about one, DO IT. They are nowhere near as hard as they look and it doesn't take long before you are floatinfg along.

When it comes to EUCs in Australia, I can whole heartedly point you towards E-Riderz. I've got nothing but great things to say when it comes to the level of customer service that Steve (the owner) and his team provide. E-Riderz's after sale support is outstanding as well. If anything goes wrong with your EUC, Steve will go above and beyond to help get it sorted. He definitely came through for me when I needed a replacement part for my ride.Great bloke, great Aussie run family business. A+++

Purchased a 16x from them last week and it was an awesome experience.They don't just sell you a box with the device, instead they tested everything to ensure it was working correctly. Would recommend if you're looking to buy an EUC specifically
