na not interested sorry the communication here was very bad I tried to make contact for over a week I even have the cash ready to go withdrew $2000 last week Tuesday for this to pay for everything upfront.Not to mention I rang your office and the receptionist said you had a fair few enquirers and that you were going to set up a home open and I’d be notified when it was still didn’t hear anything I tried to call your mobile directly no answer for all of those times this was shocking service.Do not recommend this real estate at all for me to be posting this on google review it’s pretty bad I think this would be my first review I’ve left for anyone

Would never recommend this property management company to anyone. Worst experience ever with staff. Rentals are unrealistically high for a lot of the listings. Misadvertising on houses for rent as they use old pictures so when rocked up to home inspections, house was under reno and nothing was mentioned on the ad. Who wants to rent a house whilst constuction is going on and at a hefty price per week?!Also with previous experience, got threatened to do tidy up again and again eventhough mess was there in the first place and being blamed for doing it without any evidence and original report was not uodated prior and agents did not take a damn good look at condition of the house, was just ridiculous! Super rude!

Sam made the process of renting our home so easy and ensured that we found the best possible tenants, she went above and beyond To get it right and I believe she certainly has, I would recommend Sam and Peter Kuhne real estate to anyone.
