I spent 2 hours trying to get a hold of your service plus asking for a call back and never received it. Then I called at 4:15 again and at 5 pm they just hang up on me. This is absolutely appalling and should not happen. I was ringing about an important test something needs to be done about this immediately.

I would like to say that I am very impressed by the level of courtesy, care, helpfulness, professionalism and efficiency from the NCR staff I have been in contact with. From the first phone call I received, I was given excellent advice . At the reception, at St Vincent I was greeted by a very pleasant and helpful staff and similarly treated at the NCR, on the 2nd floor by the receptionist and the MRI and X-Rays specialists. So, very well done staff, you were all excellent. Cheers!

Trying for last two days regarding an appointment but nobody receives the phone. I have called more than 15 times . Not a good experience for a sick patient. Very frustrating.
