Carlingford Gourmet Pizza

Thank you Ben,It was my first time making calzone. I wanted to try out Napel style and just mix it up with ingredients inside,with mushrooms and beef. It was my first time coming to this shop.The seating area is very limited but most people buy the pizzas for takeaway or delivery anyway.Every pizza I tried was delightful and here are my favourites:- The holy trinity (coffee rubbed beef brisket, pulled lamb and pulled pork on a napolitana pizza base drizzled with smokey bbq sauce & topped with potato chips)I love how they put generous amount of succulent meat on the pizza. Highy recommend.- Flat mack (it’s their famous burger pizza). Reminded me of big mac but way better! I really adore the burger sauce.- Fully tabouli (falafel, onions & fresh tomatoes on a hummus base, topped with fresh parsley & drizzled in tarator sauce). Yum!

Went for pizza buffet and beer after a friend recommended this place. Pizza was so delicious. Crispy edges, generous toppings and awesome flavour. Ben, the owner, is also super friendly and always makes you feel well looked after. Love this small business. Will be back.

New to the area and looking for a local store to make our regular. Just picked up my pizzas and they look fantastic. Heaps of toppings and each time I've walked in the people have been extremely friendly. They also send you deals via text, have a pizza on their menu chosen by customers, and just seem very customer focused in everything they do.Ordered the Marinara and the Carlingford and both were above expectations.Very happy :D

I have ordered a few pizzas from here over the years and I’d have to be honest and say CGP doesn’t have me begging for more. The lack of consistency is disappointing, soggy mess to dry as a bone is the kinder surprise waiting for me when delivered. I appreciate the work put into making the pizzas, unfortunately I’m no longer prepared to gamble my money away on a surprise package.

The best pizzas in town and the best vegan cheese in the country. I love that I can customise a hawaiian pizza by replacing normal cheese with vegan cheese. Always heaps of good quality toppings. Love it

Bought pizza from here due to the good reviews it has.Bought a family meal worth $43; one of the pizzas I bought (to be delivered) was the Bombay chicken pizza which has tandoori paste on the base as per description. I bought this to taste something different.The delivery was on time (one hour later after delivery; this was mentioned before buying, so not an issue).However, when they brought the food they forgot the pepsi. Hence I had to eat the pizza without any drink. This is okay since humans forget; however any reputable service would at least give discount for such a mistake. That's what I would do if I was a store owner.Nonetheless, that wasn't the worst of it. The bombay chicken had no tandoori paste; heck it had no paste at all (not tomato, not tandoori, not soy, not pesto, not whatever you want to call it). I called them back up, and spoke to the manager/chef (Tony..probably short for Antonio).He said I definately put the tandoori sauce as I made it with my own hands". I said I can definately see no sauce. I said I can take a picture of it and show you.He insisted that 'no I definately made it with my hands

Decided to try this place. PU order. Large variety of pizzas to choose from. The quality of the pizzas was average, with uneven slices and poor presentation. The garlic bread was great!
