Bolt + Buckle by Indepal

I am a briefcase and leather connoisseur. I was drawn into the shop as the smells wafted through the door. I was immediately taken to the classic look and feel of the 15 Bill satchel. I was visiting from abroad and was reluctant but ultimately gave into my lust and made the purchase. After some use I found that a couple of stitches had began to give and a small tear had emerged. I was afraid that I had just wasted my money as I wasn't making the 15 hour flight just to deal with the problem.To my absolute delight and bewilderment

Visited the Brisbane Arcade store for the first time to look at John Lennon shirts. Jill served me and provided excellent friendly advice and service. I purchased three shirts and I am impressed with the quality and style of these shirts. The store contains a lot of quality products which has spiked my interest to visit the Murwillumbah store.

I had purchased from Indepal a couple of years ago and I had experienced an issue with their product. The owner and his staff had gone to absolutely every effort to ensure I was satisfied, and replaced the products no problem. They went above and beyond - it was clear they were proud of their product quality and stood by ensuring it met their standard. So no matter what, you can be sure the very knowledgeable team will look after you.The owner himself also seems incredibly passionate for his business products and cares deeply about the quality.The leather is fantastic, feels well made and looks beautiful. Many of their products come in various colours as well. The below photos don’t do it justice - you’ll be even more impressed in person.They have quite and impressive variety as well. You’ll find satchel bags, back packs, brief cases, leather jackets, book covers, books, leather decor, bow ties, amongst several other things.Thank you Indepal for the lovely customer experience and patience with my questions.

I have visited this store with my wife everytime we come to Brisbane. We love the leather goods, but have purchased a number of John Lennon shirts, the staff are great, patient and so friendly. Thanks for your assistance. Glad you are still here after a difficult 12months. See you next time.

Really happy with the products and service. Saw a bag in the window and went in to take a look. Very nice owner/server who was happy to talk about the product, design and offer other suggestions. After I had bought the bag, my husband started looking at wallets. We were offered a discount as we had already purchased something. Quality is sturdy and much cheaper than typical leather goods of a similar quality..

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I had a faulty bag and it was replaced without question or hesitation after 10 months. Highly recommended.
